This adapter will convert the connection from the Display Port on a PC into a DVI-I connection for use with DVI ports on TV's, screens and monitors. Simply connect the male Display Port connector in to the Display Port socket on your PC and then connect a DVI cable from the adaptor to the DVI connection on your monitor / TV.
